We were so spilt for choice in Vietnam – every street corner sported a variety of local delicacies that could be purchased at any time of the day for small change in your back pocket.
Sadly Cambodia just doesn't have the same street food culture.
The majority of the meals that we have been eating have been in restaurants and to be honest, non-Cambodian.
It has been hard to get a real sense of what Cambodian food is about. It hasn't got a huge array of local dishes that immediately connect you to the country.
However there is one dish that is cooked on the streets every morning that Cambodians devour with vigour – BBQ’d pork with rice.
